  My experiences with Northridge hospital are mixed. On one side the two times i have been there...once for trauma surgery at the ER was excellent great expeditious service while at the ER and the treatment while hospitalized. The nursing staff amazing all the way around. Especially during my prolonged visit. During my second visit to the E R...once again excellent service by the overall medical staff. Upon arrival i only waited less than half hour to be seen by the doctor after triage. To be admited it took less than ten minutes. Whereas at ST Joseph's medical center i had a 4+ hour wait at the ER. For that reason i visited Northridge facilities.
  
  However, as far as securing my personal property. They have a lot to improve because personal belongings disappeared. I did a number of follow ups not only with security but Harry whom advised me that a full investigation would take place. Finally, four months later i received notice funnel down from a ten persons panel. Through one manager (Harry) advised that my property was not located and refused to replace and or reimburse.
