  If I could give negative stars, I would give -5. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
  
  I went in there yesterday and was shopping for a little while. I look younger than I am, and from a profiling standpoint, I sort of fit the description of someone who would steal from a drug store, so I understand why they had someone following me the whole time.
  
  Since I was planning on paying for everything I had picked up, it wasn't a big deal. But then my boyfriend, who had been shopping next door, called me and gave me some bad news. I decided to just put everything down and leave. Now, I'll admit was being rude to just set 5 items on a random shelf and walk out. I have worked retail for many years and generally would never do such a thing. But I was distracted by the news I had just received and so, at the moment, I didn't care.
  
  Here is where I have a problem. When I got to the door there were 3 staff members there sort of surrounding me and watching me. Then one of them started talking to me in the most rude and disrespectful way. I believe she started by asking my if I didn't find anything I liked. And went on to say it was such a shame that I didn't like anything, cause it had sure seemed like I liked stuff when I held it in my hands... blah blah. Just being extremely inappropriate. And having a staff member on either side of her silently glaring at me with their arms crossed, only added to the uncalled for insult.
  
  Once I got to my car, I was too angry to drive so I sat there for a few minutes. I decided to go back in to get the managers name, he didn't want to give it to me but I believe he said Douglas Rivera.
  I had already received bad news, and then to be treated like a criminal is something no one should have to go through. I would never let any of my staff do that to a customer when I worked retail and I would never dream of doing that to someone myself. I would highly suggest they make some big changes with the management of that location if they hope to stay in business.

  This place is the best choice for prescription refills: a) They are never out of stock b) the shortest lines EVER! c) They have locations everywhere. I can’t imagine going to any other place.

  The woman at the pharmacy is absolutely awful. Worst customer service. People call or go to the pharmacy out of need, even we're sick or our kids are sick. It wouldn't kill them to have some people skills, and be at least a little helpful.
