  been a customer for 24 years, I have two kind of business and two personal banking account, I could not get any help from city national bank not a good bank I never recommend to anyone ,specially the lone center. Oh my God they make you to wait a long time month to wait and waste your time as long time customer with then for customer service zero point for them.   I've always had a good experience here and since I go to the bank a few times a week for work I LOVE that this branch has a drive-thru. It's usually not too busy, just make sure to limit to 3 transactions if you use the drive up service. Much better than fighting for parking at the one on Century Park.
