  I don't usually write reviews but when I was looking for an appliance repair shop I noticed that Chris and Sons was listed. I was quite shocked because several years ago they came to my home to repair my washing machine. They could not fix it on site so took it in. I don't remember how much time passed, but I did not hear from them, nor was I able to contact them. I finally contacted them and they said that they were still waiting for a part. I told them that i couldn't be without my washer any longer and they agreed to give me a loner. Long story short, shortly after that they went out of business without ever notifying me, or my getting my washer back. Oh yes, I did get to keep the loner "big deal". One star is too good for this company, but that's the lowest I can give.
