  I called this company to make a payment for an in-law who has had to move in with us. The first time I called was unfortunately just after they closed at 4:30 pm (I am aghast at a moving company that goes to bed at that time of day), and it was confusing because there was no professionalism. Someone simply picked up the phone and said, "hello." I thought I had teh wrong number, so I redialed and got the same person, a man who could barely speak English. He finally got across in broken English that they were closed. I told him that it would be nice if a company who wanted the public's money was professional enough to at least subscribe to an answering service. I had my doubts about them at that moment.
  I called back the next morning to make the payment, and had to go through different people to finally get someone who knew how to take payments. The woman who answered teh phone was so confused that she didn't even say anything first, just put me through, unexpectedly, to a man who simply picked up the phone and said, "hello." Here we go again. he had no clue why I was calling, and it took me a good 5 minutes to explain all over again. He finally understood and pulled up the account, and then told me I could only pay cash, or email him a copy of my credit card. Wow! Another instant red flag. Email a copy of my credit card??? No way on God's green earth would I do tat for anyone, much less a company that already strikes me as flaky.
  I have already been informed that when they deliver our container to us that we will need to pay cash on the spot, no checks. After reading other reviews I am expecting to have a lot of problems with them, and will have pre-notified the local police department. I have already been treated rudely and unprofessionally on the phone, and given the run-around, and This is not a company I would ever do business with.
