  I've been training with Ben Baron for more than 6 years. As an avid basketball player, I've had my share of knee and ankle problems. Not only has Ben helped me safely recover from these injuries, he has helped me build strength, improve my flexibility, alignment and posture, which in turn is helping extend my ability to play competitive basketball and avoid future injuries. His approach is unlike any other trainer I have worked with. He has specific education in function and alignment and works these exercises into his weight training. If you're looking for a very experienced and trainer, who really cares, hire Ben.
