  The owner, Bijan was a complete jerk. When we bought our wedding band, he measured my husband's finger and the order came back a size too small.
  
  I picked up the ring a week before the wedding, brought it home, and found it to be the wrong size. He wouldn't give back our money, said it was our fault that the rign size was wrong (even though he measured the finger and placed the order). I demanded our money back as he screwed up a week before the wedding, yet he says it's my fault.
  
  I didn't have time to drive from Santa Monica to Woodland Hills to fix HIS mistake, but yet he tells me it's my fault for going to him. Amazing.
  
  We ended up going to downton LAto buy a new ring (that fitted!). We then find out that he ripped us off by $200! Needless to say, we took the loss and traded it in with a different vendor.
  
  Don't let their nice dimeaneor during the sale deceive you. Otherwise it will be your fault if they screw up the order.
