  A. Patel at this AM PM Car and Truck Rental is hands down the absolute worst person I have ever done business with.
  
  They will lie to you and not have your truck ready on the predetermined reservation time. Even if Penske calls a few days in advance to confirm the truck reservation, I guarantee this guy will fail to honor it.
  
  When we arrived at 9am to pick up our truck, that was reserved and confirmed for 9am pickup, A. Patel informed us he did not have our truck rental and that we would have to wait over an hour for a different truck to arrive.
  
  The different truck that arrived over an hour later was far larger than we ever signed up for, and it was also a Gasoline truck and not diesel. We budgeted for and reserved a diesel truck so this was completely aggravating. A Patel also had no idea what he was talking about, as he went into the instructions for how to fill the diesel truck up even though this was NOT a diesel truck.
  
  CAUTION, do not give this loser your money if you care about your truck being on time, and you care about getting the correct size truck. Also this guy just had a smug attitude that was unacceptable, so he probably does this to every customer
