  I went to this store looking to get a custom made engagement ring. I sent emails to 4-5 jewelry stores in downtown asking if they have or make the ring i wanted and Elan was the only one who replied.
  It was the best decision i ever made.
  Great service here! They're so friendly when you walk in and they don't overbear you with questions as you're looking.
  They custom made the ring, very competitive price, they set up the diamond...I cannot be more happy!
  I would recommend Elan and his store to anyone who is looking for a jewelry expert with great service and prices.

  To say that 1 800 loose diamonds is the best place to buy a custom engagement ring is an understatement. I contacted several other dealers in the Los Angeles area and Elan was the only one who replied right away and I can't begin to tell you happy I am that he was. From start to finish, Elan answered all of my questions and guided me in finding the perfect diamond for that special day. He was extremely knowledgeable and the ring he helped me design was absolutely gorgeous, my fiancé was blown way. Her exact words were "this is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen." On top of the impeccable customer service, his pricing is the best in town, I can bet you will not find anyone cheaper. If your looking for the perfect ring for that special day, you have found the place.
