  I purchased flowers online from Australia for my best friends birthday in West Hollywood. The flowers never arrived even after chasing up 4 times from Aus. Eventually got onto a manager on the phone a week later as no one answered any of my emails. I have been told I will be refunded but the lack of communication and customer service during this chase up period has been very stressful and frankly nonexistent from their end. They need to have better online customer service. Especially if people are purchasing from another country.
