  First let me say that I have been coming here for over a year and have been pleased with the experience even since their location change. After today unfortunately I will not be returning. While getting my eyebrows touched up today I felt an unusually hard rip. When she gave me the mirror and revealed the job I went "oh no!" I saw that there was a huge chunk that was taken from my brow. Obviously this was an accident and I even asked oh an just an accident oh no. The tech did not take ownership. I was a little shocked but of course everyone makes mistakes and I thought maybe I would be offered a discount. When I went up to pay with my boyfriend who also gets his brows threaded there, she had the other tech assist us and we paid full price. I could also tell that the other tech was shocked at the job of my now extremely uneven chunked brow. I have a photo shoot next week and am very upset. Just shocked that I was not offered an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake that was made. Of course I still thanked them and tipped my usual nice 5$ buck amount but I will not be coming back :(
