  This place is terrible. The ineptitude is insane. First off, I called to make an appointment with a specific dentist. The appointment was made. I was called and told that the date selected was overbooked and that I would have to reschedule for later date. I rescheduled. I went to my appointment weeks later and waited for 2 hours. I was then in the actual dentist chair and a different dentist came to attend to me. I then said I had an appointment with a different dentist and then I was told that the dentist I made the appointment with hadn't worked at this place for years. So I had an appointment, was forced to wait longer for a rescheduled appointment, then went to an appointment, waited more than 2 hours, and then was told my dentist doesn't work here. I made audible complaints on how or why this was happening and how the front desk people didn't check how the name on my insurance card didn't match up with any dentists hired at the location. I confronted the front desk people and it was like talking to a deer in the headlights. No acknowledgement of their lack of oversight.
  
  Side note, the X-ray technician was nice and is excluded from the above statement.
  
  All patients waited for more than an hour, with many audible complaints coming from some of them towards the front desk people.
  
  Some of the other reviews mentioned how it seemed the staff were like chickens with their heads cut off.... this is true, combined with their ineptitude.

  3 hours...3 HOURS and my little girl has still not been seen! And we had an appointment! I understand some procedures having to take longer than expected, but, 3 hours is not only ridiculous, IT'S UNACCEPTABLE! At the very least, this office should have enough repect and courtesy for its patients that if they are running that far behind that they should notify us, offer to reschedule and give those of us waiting (and there are several) priority on our next visit. Seriously, my little girl is tearing up, not from the dental procedure, but out of frustration for sitting here for so long. I'm walking out and finding a new office.
