  bought a phone last year, was completely swindled, bait and switch. The person helping me was on her first day, so I had to sit there for 20 mins while the manager helped her. Then the shady manager lied to me, saying if I traded my old phone they would give me a tablet and new version of the phone for free, I would just have to pay sales tax. They then hid the charges on my parent's cell bill, taking out small amounts a month. Unfortunately this was not discovered till nearly a year later. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF DMV REJECTS WORKING THERE!
