  I went into the store and was immediately greeted by friendly and seemingly helpful personnel. I could not achieve what I needed to achieve, but supposedly not due to anything the employees could do, I simply needed something that was not an option for me. However, later that afternoon I discovered that my friendly T-Mobile person had actually removed internet from my plan, and I was unable to do anything while outside of wi-fi. Fortunately I was able to reach a customer service rep on the phone who resolved the issue. But the inexplicable removal of internet was an example of incompetence and nothing else.

  Dishonest staff. Terrible service. Avoid Tmobile at all cost. They need an entire new staff at this store. I went to this store three times because the Tmobile customer service phone rep said I was eligible for an upgrade. All three times they refused to help me. The last time I tried the first rep at the retail store said he could not help me after I waited in line. A woman at the same store a few minutes later said she would be able to help me. An hour latter she said she was going to have to make a call and she would help me if I come back later. I could not stay at the store any longer since I invested over an hour of my time already but I agreed since I had no choice. The worst part was the lady told me to come back @ 7:30pm but the store closed @ 7pm. I asked her twice what time this store closed but she insisted it closed at 8pm. I won't be coming back and advise everyone else to do the same. They help their customers if they feel like it. Take my advice and choose a better carrier we deserve better customer service than what they are willing to provide. They didn't deserve the one stare I was forced to give them.
