  Ive Crossfit Synapse for over a year and half and it has been the best decision I have ever made. From day one I felt welcomed and I consider it a second home. Everyone from the owners, coaches and other participants are warm, friendly, encouraging, motivating and very welcoming. I have seen so many positive changes in my body and it's all thanks to synapse! The coaches all truly care about that we have proper form, technique, movement, etc. I recommend synapse to anyone who is interested in improving themselves physically but mentally as well! Love this place!
