  I've been a customer since 2008. Jeff and crew have always been helpful and accommodating, so friendly and engaging, they're kinda like family. I went through a tough time with a thieving ex, who would come to my apartment, break in and rob me blind while I was at work. The little klepto was never able to get to my stuff at this facility. It's like Fort Knox, with several layers of security. I think the best part about this facility is being able to drive up into the building to unload and pick up your stuff. You don't have to roll it nine miles from the truck, down a bunch of walkways, up an elevator, etc., you can literally drive into the facility and right up to your unit. The rent on my unit has hardly gone up at all in the nine years I have stored my stuff here, which is also great. You get courtesy calls from them to remind you to pay that bill before your stuff gets sold at auction. This is good for me, because I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and my memory is profoundly affected by it. I sometimes forget to pay bills, and I am sure that my stuff would have been sold long ago if those guys hadn't kept calling to remind me! I am pretty happy about being able to pay the bill online now, too! You should store your stuff here, it's a cut above the rest!
