  I am a current resident of the San Regis apartments and I must say I really tried to like it since it was my first time living without family. This place is terrible and definitely not worth the price. Let's start with the fact that the entire complex has roaches and while they do offer a complementary pest control service they neglect the fact the these roaches live in the walls and in the drains. I live on the third floor, I have OCD so my place is clean yet I keep seeing roaches crawl out of my drains and come out of what they call an “air conditioner”. I had to stop requesting pest control service because it seemed like the more they came the more the bugs would appear and the products they used was starting to affect my allergies. There is literally dog poop everywhere and people leave their trash anywhere they please. Instead of management sending out some kind of notice to rectify these issues, they send out a notices stating that they would be raising the laundry room price to $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. I have been living here since July of 2017 and have already had to contact maintenance a total of 4 times for the electricity randomly cutting off in half of my apartment. Management likes to threaten you with legal actions without even giving a proper 1st notice. One time in particular, w I paid my rent on time but did not include the $3 service fee that they add because I didn't know that they charged this fee even if you do not use the online payment service. I received a “Late Notice” on my door telling me that if I did not pay the $3 they would either take legal action, charge me a $50 late fee or evict me. I found this to be funny since 1) legally you can not charge a late fee on fees and 2) everyone knows that when you give a tenant a notice such as the one mentioned above you have to also mail it to them to insure that they do in fact receive it. You pay a set price in utilities witch is about $100+ and when you ask for a break down of why it is so much you never hear anything back from anyone. You don't even receive notifications in the mail or via email for when it's due but best believe they will post a letter on your door telling you that if you don't pay they will take legal action. This place is not worth it, I can go on an on about this place but I have already written a lot so if anyone would like to know more feel free to leave a comments and I will respond.
