  My husband and I signed our lease in mid July. Our move in date was 8/20. On 8/20 they told us there was a construction delay. Today 8/24 they told us that delay was that they never ordered materials or started construction on the unit and it would not be available for 2 weeks. Aside from the other strain that has caused in our lives, waiting 2 weeks would make us homeless.
  
  These people do not know what they are doing. They are not coordinated. They lack empathy and basic service skills. Caution to all considering renting here.
