  I have lived at Met Lofts for 8 years. I have seen many changes to the community both good and not so good. I enjoy the community feeling and vibe to Met Lofts and it is unlike other communities (very warm and welcoming, everyone greets each other and are social with one another). I have seen management change 3 times now. I can honestly say that the new management (Berkshire Communities) is phenomenal they have done so many changes for the better of the community, they have began doing events for the resident (something the the previous management companies lacked) . I'd also like to thank Tony for always being so polite and caring, he is great and will assist with any issues even if it doesn't pertain to leasing. Tony was the security supervisor previously and eventually moved up to Leasing. Congrats Tony!! All in All Met Lofts is a great community to live especially with the new management.
