  Staying there was fine but moving out was not a pleasant experience. I spent an entire weekend cleaning my apartment before the move-out inspection - this was after I've already moved everything out and went back to clean. I have to say it was a cleaning job I was proud of.
  
  After I was satisfied with the cleaning, I went and got the manager. The assistant manager Angel came in, and he began to tored up my carpet. He literally pull the entire carpet off, to point out a spot where there was a coffee stain. He then said they would have to replace the carpet and was going to charge me $400. I complained to the manager Joe and told him it's normal wear and tear, and that it's not visible from the surface. He then said he will have the carpet people come the following week to look at it.
  
  A couple weeks later, I got my deposit back with $250 deducted. It was for Shampoo Carpet, Stain Protection, General Cleaning, and Extra Cleaning. I guess they decided not to replace the carpet and just charge me $250 from the deposit. I don't recommend this apartment because of this extremely unpleasant move-out experience.
