  I had to do LASIK procedure with Dr. Kagan two times because the first one was not successful. Paid cash $5000.00 for the fist time and he gave me a discount for the second LASIK procedure. Since then every time I sneeze or cough, I have sparks, flashing lights in my eyes and a lot of floating dark spots that make my vision very uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Kagan, and would not rely on those positive reviews he is getting because he offers a $150 discount for writing a positive review. Everyone I know is disappointed with his work. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Dr Kagan is truly amazing talent. I had my first eye lid surgery about year ego, effect was so great that I came back little later for lower eye lid producer with the trust only. During the whole surgery I felt really comfortable and I didn't feel any pain. Dr Kagan's work is always very meticulous and brilliant also his knowledge and skills are very impressive. Every time I'm leaving the institute satisfied and educated how to treat myself after any procedure. As well the whole staff working at the institute is very helpful and pleasant.
