  The only thing I don't like about this place is the Starbucks. The barristas are cold and impersonal. I went in today to get some free coffee using the tokens that Galpin gives out, and one of the girl barristas asked me if my car was being serviced. I said no. I had saved the tokens from a previous visit when I got my car serviced. So she denied me free coffee because my car wasn't being serviced! I was shocked. I'll never patronize this Starbucks again. I'm going to report it to the Galpin Lincoln manager and return the tokens to them. I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Galpin. I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere if the Lincoln manager gives me any excuses or takes the side of the rude barrista.
