  There is always some gangbanger guy with tattoos all over his face creeping around all the storage lockers. His name or moniker is ghost or Casper or something like that. I know he broke into the unit next to mine and I'm sure the manager Michelle is involved since I saw him giving her a box of purses and the such.
  
  This place is just criminal.
