  Quoted transit time looked great...Delivery Date was NOT great. 2 days late. Worst part is that I called to double check transit times and ensure accuracy - they all assured me it would deliver on that date. It did not deliver on the listed/quoted day.

  Called both the terminals with a bit of frustration - who wouldn't? Delivery Terminal rep (Sun Valley) was very rude and all she had to say was well why didn't you do this or that...ummm because on my original call before shipping I was ensured that my freight would meet the delivery day.
  
  USE ANOTHER COMPANY - Estes lies about transit times and then tried to put it on you. Horrible customer service and misleading quotes.
