  This place needs negative star's. It's dirty and the non smoking rooms are upstairs, where smoke rises to. Seemed like everyone in a non smoking room was in fact a smoker as well, so they have to smoke outside, on the balcony, so fresh air isn't going to happen often. There's a neighbor with a large loud dog as well.
  If you're white, there's a local repeat offender blitzed out of his skull on Takka vodka and he wants you to submit to some jailhouse curfew bs. Don't you belong down on Skid Row homie?
