  I came to the store to repair my necklace and get a price for a gold ring. I got a quote for the repair was cheap but not worth the customer experience i received. I came back to talk about my ring and i got the feeling from the. Owner Dana that she doesn't care to much what I want. And she was really blowing me off complete disrespect basically telling me to go somewhere else. When I called to see when my repair would be ready they said I don't know maybe in 5 days for two second job. because its a small job! So if you want just come get it I'm in a customer service business as well regardless how you feel if its a small job r not you dont do that to customers she lost a really good customer i ended up going to "PADANI Jewlers" a block down i dont see how they will remain in business long term i ended up taking my necklace back taking it to simone from Padani gave me a real experience very professional and explained if thoroughly what I was getting how I want to customized gave me a five-star experience I would never come back to the store ever again but definitely go to Padani

  Woman owned business... Wonderful.
  Beautiful lady with a beautiful heart and a great eye and knowledge of what you need. She truly cares and is so helpful. The customer service here is exceptional.
