  I can honestly say that walking into Horsepower CrossFit three months ago was one of the best things of 2013! I can't say enough positive things about this place!
  Thanks to the staff and coaches, who are nothing short of wonderful, you will find yourself getting one of the best workouts of your life. The classes are rigorous and challenging, and will leave you with an amazing sense of accomplishment, not to mention improved strength, stamina, energy, overall fitness, and an amazing serotonin high.
  There is a real family atmosphere at Horsepower. Coaches and athletes alike are welcoming and encouraging. I always feel safe under the watchful guidance of the coaches who will push me to get the most out of my workout in a healthy and secure I have always had lower back pain but thanks to all the core strengthening that comes with CrossFit, it has all but disappeared.
  Horsepower is truly a special place that gives so much joy to my spirit as well as my physical body. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better and improve his or her quality of life.
