  The host needs some customer service skills classes. She did not welcome me and my girlfriend with a smile . The server was horrible did not even try to introduce his name or even get to know his customers name. The person who cleaned the tables provided me the best service that day. He should be promoted. The only reason why they got 2 stars was because of the bus boy and the delicious food.
  
  New update: I decided to give Bossa Nova another chance. They made a total 180 degree turnaround. Especially the host gave me and my date a warm welcoming. She also thanked me with a huge smile when we were on our way out. The waiter was very much better at the complete elite service. The only thing I don't like is how the some of the tables are too close to the wall. They went from 2 stars to 4 stars in my book. Excellent job.

  This place seems to be busy all the time. That's a good thing!
  The service was excellent and everything comes out so fast.
  I would highly recommend trying the chicken wrapped in bacon.
  Thanks for having us.
