  This is a very clean location, towels and socks available for when you forget, showers if necessary, water and hot tea too!!! Everyone is very helpful from front desk to teachers. Classes are fun, challenging and teachers are very aware of form as they walk around and adjust people in class. They also want to know all ailments so they can help with modifications.I have a bad neck and classes haven't bothered me at all. It feels great to work out again!
