  Nearly 1 year into my lease, and the service continues to exceed expectations. Came home from work early today to find the smoke alarm beeping due to a dead battery. I went online and submitted a service request. To my delight, maintenance arrived in under 20 minutes and not only changed the battery in the dead unit, he even checked the carbon monoxide detector to be safe. John was positive, polite, and wiped his shoes before entering. What else could you ask for??
