  I have American Home Shield insurance. After Active Appliance repair person visited my house I was told my refrigerator need parts. I have been waiting for parts for over a month. My refrigerator is 4 years old and American Home Shield website show the parts has been shipped three weeks ago. I called Active appliance service department and the service agent kept repeating herself "We're waiting for parts". I asked to talk to someone else and she didn't let me talk to her supervisor or manager and she hung up on me.
