  Darshan, who often works the night at this 7-11, is one of the rudest, nastiest and useless people I've ever encountered in any kind of customer service position. I tried to redeem something with my rewards app and he couldn't figure out how to work it, so he told me to pay for it or leave. I asked him to try scanning it again and he yelled at me to "stop giving him a hard time" then proceeded to take another customer while I was standing right there. I've been to this 7-11 on many, many occasions and this guy was always a jerk but this time was really an incredible display of unprofessionalism. Don't plan on going back to this store until that dude is gone.
