  Very rude. It was my first time getting a passport. This woman made me wait and took each client before me. She isn't thorough with explaining service procedures and not helpful at all. She just expects for you to do as she says immediately and figure the rest out for yourself. As I watched this rep "guide" people to apply for renewal and brand new passports online, I couldn't help but notice the way she was talking to the clients. I'm pretty sure race had very little to do with it as she was even talking mean and sharp to Caucasian and Asian clients. It blew my mind. However, if you walk in there and you're even part African American then you can expect to be treated bottom of the barrel. You can not treat people this way and expect to have a successful establishment. Also, they are indeed charging for services you can simply do on your own as they will make you do all of the footwork YOURSELF. It's simple knowledge if you do a little research you can end up saving hundreds. Make the extra effort to avoid being ripped off by these people who bring home a check manipulating your ignorance. I would not suggest this location to anyone. I would rather DELAY MY INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT than use their service. I simply walked out of the office after I noticed that she intended on having me wait until each client was served before helping me. There are other locations if you just Google where to go in Los Angeles. We don't need you as much as you think. Your attitude is losing business because I had every intention on paying the full amount until I was forced to wait over an hour. You're very lucky I have patience. Some people are not as kind. I guess this office can afford to lose $700 because that's around what this place charges for a 24-hour passport expedited service with your photo taken, etc. Never coming here again and I will also mention to anyone I know - not to use this service. It was ridiculous her attitude needs to be FIXED.
